A boombox with a screen built in sounds ridiculous until you see it. This thing is crazy. It is part boombox, part TV, part nostalgia trip.
The Altec Lansing screen boombox comes in 7 and 10 inch versions. It plays your music loud and streams video right on the built-in display. It is HDMI compatible, it connects over Bluetooth, and it looks fun just sitting on a shelf.
Why do I like it? Because it does not take itself seriously. It is loud, it is bold, and it gets compliments every single time. The retro boombox shape hits you with nostalgia, then the screen surprises you.
This is for the person who wants something different. Put it in the garage, the game room, or the kitchen and it becomes a conversation starter. If you love tech that makes people smile, this is it.
Honestly, I did not expect to like this as much as I do. It is the kind of thing you buy as a gift and end up keeping for yourself. Grab one before the holidays. You know how this goes.
